These Terms & Services ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between [AyurLife Yoga], hereinafter referred to as "the Company," and the individual accessing the online recorded face yoga classes, hereinafter referred to as "the Participant." The Participant acknowledges that all content provided in the online recorded face yoga classes, including but not limited to videos, instructional materials, and any accompanying materials, are the Company's intellectual property. b. The Participant agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or share any content from the classes without prior written consent from the Company.

3. Payment and Refunds: a. The Participant agrees to pay any applicable fees for access to the online recorded face yoga classes as determined by the Company. b. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the Company.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties: a. The Company makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content provided in the online recorded face yoga classes. b. The Participant agrees that participation in the classes is at their own risk, and the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from using the classes.

5. Limitation of Liability: a. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the online recorded face yoga classes. b. The Company's total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by the Participant for access to the classes.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. b. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
